Returns & Warranty

We want you to love your Axton watch. Here is how returns and our warranty work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your watch for a full refund, no questions asked. The watch should be unworn and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@axtonwatches.com with your order number.

2-Year Warranty

Every Axton watch is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Movement or mechanical malfunction
  • Visible manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received

To request a warranty claim, email support@axtonwatches.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free Orders

If you return a watch purchased under the Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer, both watches must be returned together for a full refund. If you keep the free watch and return only the paid item, the value of the free watch will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Errors

If an order was shipped incorrectly due to our error, we will cover the cost of correcting it, including reshipment or a full refund.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Carrier Issues

If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed in transit, we will investigate with the carrier (up to 7 business days) and offer a refund or reshipment based on the outcome.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Change of mind after the 30-day window

Order Corrections

You have 24 hours after placing an order to request changes. After this window, the order may already be processed for shipment and changes may not be possible.
