We ship Axton watches worldwide, with free shipping on every order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, customs processing, local logistics, or other circumstances outside our control may extend this window.
We guarantee delivery within 90 days of your purchase date. If this deadline is not met, you may request a full refund.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email within 7 business days of purchase. Since shipments are international, tracking information may take a few days to update after the tracking number is generated.
Customs & Import Fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Shipping Errors
If your order ships to the wrong address due to our error, we will cover the cost of correcting it. If the address was entered incorrectly by the customer, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
